i'm lifting my profit taking targets to 24-25c,

If selling pressure from orbis reducing, eased, and given that throughout that pressure, we have steadily gained, the brakes might come off for a better run..?

Also, with Legg Mason, increasing, now with 5.2%, 49mill shares, their last grab at 14.7, would think their targets can see more to come.

But why one sells and the other buys?

Who knows, but it comes back to fundementals.
