Im having a chuckles also , where is the extra cost of electricians and plumbers ? There was no chasing of walls , the electrical conduit were easily passed down the large cavity openings in the blocks as was all the plumbing , Some of the internal walls at the Byford build were timber framed , I spoke to the plumber and the sparkie , their comments were “I wish every job was this easy” Anyway I’d piss all over that Ferrari , show off’s car .( although very nice) I especially love pulling up to these extravagant cars and blow them away. Lol not having a pissing comment just some fun , he can believe it or not . That Byford build was completed in record time considering it was a commercial build and to a very high quality indeed.
