That is what I was trying to work out, have the 250 Million shares already been issued for trading, going by the Market Cap I would say yes.
Interesting to read from the SPP documents, it was basically saying that one of the factors to determine how much you may be scaled back is if you have sold on market after the offer has closed. I am guessing quite a few may have done this.
Interesting to see after it closes and see who gets what.
