If you look to last year and the chip production you will find there were a number of payments and they were all to Socionext as they were in effect the head contractor and they paid TSMC. So I think it is reasonable to say that some portion of the payment disclosed today in the 4C will be retained by Socionext for the work done in settling the final design of the revised AKD1000 chip.

The second thing I can add is that from all of my readings from last year if you were going to produce in 28nm you would choose TSMC as it has the highest yields in the world running regularly at above 90%.

Finally my understanding again from multiple readings is they should return about 300 x 28nm chips per wafer and that the cost per wafer would be in the order of $3,000 to $3,500.
