Margin levels are important. If margin is 10% that means we need 1 billion dollar sales to make 100 million dollar, plus other expenses.
With a profit of 100 million company valuation will be 2.5 billion @25 times the annual profits.
Again anything is possible but selling a new technology @10% margin with other overheads is a wastage of time and money.
The other reason I am saying is all the cost and overheads already incurred and coming ahead will be met through sales.
End of the day it is guess game and my guess is 80% margin on sale price.
