Great to see the company has provided some clarification at least, noting the footnotes on the tenements were not provided in the previous Quarterly Report. Maybe the company was referred to your post sdk, who knows. My guess, is that they were made aware of your research and thought it prudent to at least provide some information regarding the tenements and calm down investor nervousness surrounding them.
