A MoU was signed withHyzon Motors in January 2021.Both parties collaboratively working on developing a fully integrated hydrogen supply, delivery and refuelling points in Australia.

Term Sheet agreed between Synergen Met Pty Ltd and Pure Hydrogen to form a 50/50 Joint Venture (JV).

MOU signed with Wildfire Energy delivering a proprietary gasification process for turning waste to Hydrogen
 Pure continuing to position itself as a large scale Hydrogen energy company in Australia with key partnerships and multiple project location sites.
 First plant located south of Brisbane – targeting 1500kgs per day - other sites under consideration.
Wildfire Energy is a private Australian renewable energy company turning waste into renewable energy and hydrogen using its proprietary Moving Injection Horizontal Gasification (MIHG) process. The technology converts waste into hydrogen by loading waste into the MIHG reactor with raw syngas then conditioned to remove chars, sulphurs and other contaminants for Hydrogen to be separated and purified for end use.
