    "Can you provide your understanding of “ general availability “ ."

    Too funny. The sentence I highlighted states:
    "The Spark Voicemail service is now in “general availability” status, following earlier successful end-to-end testing and performance verification using “restricted release” live Apps downloaded from the App Stores"

    Which is difficult to understand? The heading of the same announcement says: "Norwood customer Spark NZ commences significant marketing and promotion for Spark Voicemail"

    So it has been available to download for Spark customers since 4 March 2020.

    What are you trying to get at here? Create an excuse for poor downloads?

    "Can you also conduct your own research as to when Norwood removed guidance and then look to see what date the contract variation was announced"

    Sure Doz. Happy to help you out; you seem unable to present or understand basic clauses in announcements.

    On 14 April 2020: "the Company withdraws all earnings guidance including revenue forecasts (refer to announcement released on 4 March 2020)"

    On 30 April 2020: "Spark Hosted Voicemail solution have been varied to incorporate a fixed sum arrangement, and payment for additional works undertaken"

    During this time the App became a freebie. You often argued that it was not a freebie. Even when screenshots were posted as evidence.

    Nearly 6 months after the Mar Q, NOR seek to clarify the Spark contract:
    "Norwood receives a commission on each download of the Spark Voicemail app, above a minimum committed volume"
    "Norwood will provide updates in respect of aggregate revenue and other key metrics in respect of the Spark Voicemail app subscribers at the earliest reasonable opportunity and as the roll-out continues: on 16 October 2020.

    And here we are at the end of April 2021, 6+ months later, and NOR has provided any updates. Or put another way, more than 13 months after the App was released and generally available to all users, NOR has not provided any statistics.

    Let me help you out again.

    I see a lack of transparency. Now why would that be? Hint: poor performance. Companies are not in the habit of hiding good news and positive metrics.
