Gerard is a Dr and appears to be a very intelligent person, so is Dan. Both of them know for sure if 4C is ugly, the best way to present it was to come out with the loan facility, and again, organise a video conference.

In my opinion, Gerard didn't put out 4C together with the loan facility for two reasons:

1. 4C might look reasonable, then the 12c option to the director's associate might look "unreasonable" given already paying high interest
2. if the market doesn't like loan arrangement, 4C will be the good news scoop everything.

anyhow, 7.7m for SP3, my rubbish pump AO1 is 10m, it went double in three days just because the boss gave away freebie chips. that's capitalism.
