^ LED I'm not saying the AFR article isn't a trigger for the recent SP fall, I am saying there is more to the shocking underperformance of the SP than this recent news... I am saying it's a distraction to the main reason the SP has been falling. (the BOD's and managements dilution of the shareholder capital base along with the news of unsuccessful FDA approval and a failure to inform the market just how management intends to turn things around and a pathway to making money for shareholders)
I am saying if they had of held a tight shareholder base in the past (only raising in house with true believer existing shareholders...say via RR issues etc ) there wouldn't be any shares available to "short".
I am saying large instos have zero long term conviction, so why give them any shares at all?
Someone is lending shorters shares and it won't be the myriad of small holder shareholder base.
So why the heck does a BOD not favour them in any CR?
Correct me if I am wrong but did they not get zero shares in the recent CR?
What on earth is the BOD doing if they are not at all times looking to raise only within the existing shareholder base?
    Cheers
