Do you know the reason Sportech sold that side of their business to BET? I am assuming they didn't have the technology stack and had more priority/focus in other areas of the business?
Im still voting for a spin off in TAH - headed by Trip and cornerstone'd by Lachlan/Foxbet...
As for the NASDAQ listing, that can never hurt...i mean look at Atlassian...up 10x since making the switch...
