I've been with Westpac Broking for over 10 years and during that time their site went on the blink probably 6 times or so. They usually had it fixed by lunchtime the same day. Having said that, they have been having problems this past week or so (data not updating when it should), but no so bad as to lose connection. I fear they are also "upgrading" so their past reputation may not be as good as their future.
