I do take issue with his comment about not re-employing any former staff.
Chris Kelliher was a large reason why I invested in TZL.
He strikes me as a person of ability and integrity,with an ideal pedigree,with his previous leadership at Microsoft.Every time I have heard him speak,I have been impressed by his knowledge and communication skills.
While he may be tainted by the company's lack of success so far,I doubt that the blame has fairly been pointed his way.
I also wonder whether David Feber was unfairly scapegoated at the time he was sacked.Perhaps there is still a role he could play if he has not moved on elsewhere.
The key people not to be re-employed in my view are the previous board.
