You've done well out of CER no question. Well done. No risk to you not to hold since you free-carried your holding of 800k.

I maintain that BJT will facilitate a "cross-over" as you put it back into CER in the medium term. Even them I will still retain some of my BJT if all goes according to plan.

You should pat yourself on the back, 1 for being honest about your trading behaviour and 2 for having the skill and the courage to trade in such a way that facilitated what I would would call a monumental holding to be carrying for nothing but your time and tolerance for risk.

The Bamford Decision puts a lot of power into the hands of Trustees and takes power away from Beneficiaries (unit holders) this is without a doubt. This Bamford issue should be closely monitored (and I will).
