No arguement about dividence here nursury. Centro aluded to it when they lodge their response to the asx query on their share price where they said earning would no be more or less then 15% they where last year. Which means their will be one. However it will be at most 2c dividence. Seems very unlikely to be this high more other side of 1c dividence seems likely.

Point im making 1c dividend is unlikely to make the SP goes hight as the P/E ratio seem this has already been factored in. CER has a long history of running up to an announcement then crashing afterwards. So get your 1c dividence and see the SP drop 5c doesn't look good value to me Id rather sit out and wait for it to fall.
This is my own opinion and I could be wrong I could be right. logic doesn't alway prevale when it comes to Centros SP.
