You know very well this industry is all about the bottom line . I’d have to disagree with you with regards to speed of build.

A: in 1-2 day structure is built . Not 3 weeks .
B : There is no down time due to , mistakes in material delivery , waiting for trades , inclement weather , site clean , there is so many point to this I will not go into all of them .
C: roof trusses can be delivered off plan the very next day .
D: there is no waiting for wall chasers to chase walls for services. The services are much quicker and easier to fit .
E : kitchens can be Pre made off plan , no need to go to site to measure.
F: door frames are fitted as brickwork reaches required height same day .
G: the structure could be water tight in a week ready for other trades to dress up .

Tell me how this isn’t speeding up build time ?
