Perhaps the management is super busy?
Agree that companies are beholden to their shareholders, but they cant and dont have time to answer hundreds of unsolicited emails from shareholders.
They provide market updates as required by ASX, and I personally would not want to invest in a company that wastes its time pumping the market with news-flow so to artificially inflate share price.
Organizations that pump the market are also usually of the type that divvies out ridiculous amounts of options to upper level management who then go on to sell to market as the price tanks.
Chris has stated previously - NVA is not a lifestyle company.
