Looks like consumer staples overall had a great day today. Stocks in the index have been hammered the last few months (think a2m, Bub, Fnp etc...) with media reports that such companies are now potential takeover targets as they are so low in value (the Australian today).
Like we have all been saying in this forum the stock is too cheap and a bargain. Could also gain strong momentum not just from its individual merits but overall from ‘a rising tide’ if the index continues to bounce back.
