Everyone else, the bad thing is they are probably not liable for any compensation as I assume that legally speaking we have signed away any Etrade liability for lack of service over the internet.

I was expecting my Comm Sec move to come though last week but it seems to be taking longer. I'm a little worried about what will happen to my portfolio if its in limbo on a volatile day. We shall see. Hopefully the transition will be painless.
