I think it's great to clarify with all holders just how great this partnership with Matt Tripp is. There's no Freebies here.
If Matt executes on all terms then he would be more then deserving of his options + Us shareholders will be sitting happily at much higher prices.
Must also be noted the board has the final decision to give the all ok still on whether the deals Matt executes should qualify.
