    Be very wary of anything that looks the same, escpecially if it looks older...

    1. If it's old it's likely to get upgraded sooner rather than later. Software upgrades usually come with hassles.

    2. If they don't upgrade it, the support from whoever supplies the software "upstream" - ie someone owns the software and leases it to ANZ, St George etc - will start to become redundant.

    3. Before you go anywhere else you need to suss all the implications - siameseparrot alludes to issues that might stop you.

    I've had a gutful of these clowns at eTrade too, but a knee-jerk reaction to someone else might end up uglier.
