For a number of reasons I've not been feeling well, fortunately not the flu.

Trying to catch up on a months worth or posts here at HC I see nothing has really changed, and I'm impressed some members have maintained the rage, however there is one member here who is just as impressive in his ability to constantly misrepresent the utter self interests of the Biota management, and to imply that Biota management deserve to keep 'managing' Biota, don't they Alpha.

Anyone who has invested in Biota in the last twenty years has received NOTHING, and Biota management intend to maintain the status quo indefinately.

The fundamental objectives of Biota shareholders and Biota management are diametrically opposed.

Biota management already earn ALL the money. Their sole objective is to continue to reward themselves, and at the same time indocrinate shareholders into believing that management care about the shareholders, management knows best, and that management will reward shareholders soon...suckers.
This alone explains so many near misses when management had to stop the high income from interferring with management's money scam, which relys on a controlled income for management only , and keeping the shareholders oppressed, specifically by with-holding the first(or any) shareholder dividend.

Near misses like when GSK almost payed Biota too much during the law suit, but was saved last minute by Peter Cook insisting GSK kept the $100 million instead. Or when too much money in reserve was blown away using a "share buy back" which wasted tens of millions of dollars during which the share price slumped anyway. Or when another "share buy back" was needed to buy Peter Cook's half a million free shares.
Or when Biota management kept quiet about, crappy inhalers, no injectable trials, no advertising, low sales for years etc.,etc., etc.

So shareholders, we should flex our mucles, and hone our skills and apply ourselves to getting Peter Cook and his management groupies booted out of Biota. Because if we can't clean out filth like that, what hope do we have of earning a dividend, getting Biota working properly for shareholders, and saving the world?
