Something major needs to occur to make it rise to a previous high. Some catalyst. It can happen therefore, but you can’t quote a share that it does happen too on the chart alone and say that applies to all charts. Otherwise you are just misleading yourself and others, all pushing a pump lie.

Say for argument’s sake a large institution decided that based on their charting that they valued their supply level for QPM at $1.50 to $1.60

They note the company has shares outstanding 932.95M and a market cap of $160 million and they want to buy 10% of the company or 93M at around 13.5 to 15 cents. The fundamentals would be the same today as they were yesterday and last week but the demand would change once the unfilled order was placed in the market. Why would an institution care whether it took a day, a week or a decade to fill the unfilled order? Brokers on the other hand would care because they only get paid for the parts of the unfilled order that becomes filled orders so they will tend to cap prices so the unfilled large order can get filled to some degree. But what happens once the last seller has sold last seller has sold and and there are only buyers left in the market under 15 cents.

Say price then gets up to the 20 cent to 22 cent where sellers are queued up to sell based on this was where the sellers beat price down mercilessly last time price was at this level or based on a measured move, fundamentals or whatever. Price will then turn around and head down to test the 13.5 cent to 15 cent demand level which still has unfilled orders
