Is anyone able to explain how the shares will be rounded up? If I have 3333 PLL Asx shares, will that be equivalent to 33 shares or 34 PLL US CDIs? (Given the ratio is 100 PLL Asx shares = 1 US PLL CDI?) The booklets they have provided simply confused me more.

Also, so much of this talk or redomiciling has confused me about what the PLL shares that could (and still can be) be traded on the NASDAQ actually were. Were PLL not listed on the NASDAQ previously? Was that merely a means for US investors to buy/sell the ASX shares by a sort of proxy mechanism?

When PLL performed the recent US capital raising, were their investors buying future shares for the upcoming NASDAQ listing?

Yes, I am very much a novice investor, but keen to learn.
