I am not selling out I am buying slowly. I just understand the risks.
I value fmg on a long term average IO price of about usd90 to usd100 and I think it's attractive at that price.
I think the cost curve demonstrates that usd90 to usd100 is a reasonable long term average price and the figure analysts use of usd 60 to usd 70 is too low. But I understand the current IO price is not sustainable.
I also understand there is a risk in a correction that the IO price could overshoot on the downside just like it is overshooting on the upside right now.
That is why the cost curve is so important. It is fundamental to the industry.
