@Pledge, You're just embarrassing yourself now. Of course there's already a contract in effect with Novartis. 101% certainty. Here's an easy analogy for you. Imagine you want to buy a house. Something much simpler than buying an innovative new medicine line. You'll have to sign a contract. And you'll have to put down a non-refundable deposit. In the US it's typically 5-10% depending on the neighborhood. Once the contract is signed and the seller takes the house off the market, that deposit becomes non-refundable. Because the seller suffers damages if you walk. You'll have the right to do a full inspection, and the seller has the right to repair. But there's no way you can walk away "risk-free" before closing. Novartis is in an inspection period right now, and they probably increased their deposit to get it extended. Given the trial results reported today, there's no way they're going to walk. But if they do, they lose the sizable break up fee.

No one has mistaken you for a scientist. Maybe next time have your boss send over the "two people". LOL And please stop promoting your penny stock on the MSB board. Can't believe the moderators allow you to get away with it. Years and years behind and poor performing management over there at CYN, my stand up friend.
