What is the importance of this announcement? The fact that they are applying for a loan so possibly this may propagate to Triton?
I have translated the announcement and read it and the only reference to TON I see is in the historic transactions ($2mill ("RMB 10million").
I may have missed something though or read it incorrectly as Chinese English via a translator is far from perfect.
