    Red yes correct I've already accounted for the cash inflow of $3.361m from the C-Notes and SPP in my cash flow projection.

    TTH still doesn't quite comprehend that to make sales you need to fund the stock and PLT IMO doesn't have the required working capital to fund the inventory.

    Finally I agree that if you were a note holder and elected to convert you would want the PLT SP to be probably 15c+ as selling 33.2m shares on the market would push it down a fair bit I imagine...just look at trading volumes in the past.

    Finally if this merger is going to complete why aren't PLT holders selling PLT and buying FER at the moment...they would be effectively buying PLT shares at 6.5c...if it doesn't complete you can subscribe to the pending PLT re-capitalisation which I imagine would have to be offered at a substantial discount to the current SP.
