A highly unusual situation...that's an understatement to say the least...the current SP's of the 2 and the fixed merger exchane ratio of 3 for 2 implies a 50% windfall for all FER shareholders but their board advise their shareholders to take NO action.
The current market is obviously not a genuine market and either PLT is going down or FER is going up!
Unbelievable!
