They are saying take no action until you have read Fermiscan's target statement. Due to the delay in the target statement I dont think that is an unreasonable request. I dont read that as negative to the merger. I just think they are saying to their investors that you need the target statement in order to make an informed decision so therefore hold off on doing anything with your holding at the moment. Seems logical to me.
