The whole reason clinical trials.gov was established was to prevent the sort of data “analysis” MSB is engaged in. There is nothing wrong in doing this exploratory analysis of the trial results, you just have to go off and do a new trial to prove the results are real.

I suspect that the results announced today will hold up when run again, but this doesn’t avoid the need for another trial as far as the FDA are concerned.

How much of what you are rabbiting on about is considered for an EUA?

Meeting the primary endpoint certainly does not appear to matter.
