EL70/5345 transfer to MAN?

    I don't know what the hold up is here getting Ministerial Approval, but THE tenement still isn't actually in MANs name. They mention this fact in todays quarterly as they did the one prior as well:-

    Here is the tenement on the WA Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety and you can see very clearly it's still in the ownership of ANDEAN ENGERY RESOURCES PTY LTD.

    Can someone who knows the transfer process shed some light on this please?
