    No promotion of the SPP and all shareholders have now recd the forms and most would have thrown them into the WPB as the issue is underwater.
    It almost seems with the large sell volume coming on the market at 15c that someone is successfully capping the stock so the SPP fails.
    I still expect MSC will come in to underwrite the issue in its final days.
