    .. laugh .. I think the issue is the constant, droning whinge, day after day, by the same posters .. how many times does one need to post the same whining crap .. everyone agrees there have been serious problems with the way they have managed this resource .. but it has been said, over and over again, ad finitum .. JIMHO of course ..
