I am being careful. All I asked was what you have asked the company to explain. That is ... what is the $2.4m finance and interest paid in the March Quarter and if it is not the required QVT payment then what is it? If it was not in fact paid to QVT then why not? The facts of what I stated are in the financial reports (amounts of cash at end of quarters and the $2.4m payment).

I have wasted far too much time, money and anxiety on TZ already (4 years) ... so at this point I will decline joining any legal action.

Whether or not TZ survives all this I have learned some HUGE lessons:

1) Always trust your instincts when it comes to people (and board members for that matter)
2) If it looks too good to be true .. it is!
3) Do not allow friends and associates to follow you too heavily into speculative stocks ... people get hurt.
