These kind of ANN's are how they get new investors to buy in. You are absolutely correct in your assessment, IMO, and the lack of follow-up news after these ANN's reeks of P&D. Not entirely sure why you would try to introduce a product into markets such as these anyway, unless the regulatory approval to enter these markets is not as robust as in countries which would presumably have a population more disposed to be purchasing said products.
NBerardis is correct in his assumption that the board are no fools, as, along with A. Blumenthal and his cronies at Everblu, they know where the money comes from to fund this gravy train of theirs.
My fervent hope is that there are more investors like your detractors, who will believe some of the hype which is continuously spewed out by CPH, and the SP will spike again, offering me the opportunity to recoup some of my losses here, and leave the nightmare of ever having bought into this stock permanently in the past.
