Must have UMC management voting against themselves.
The best way to destroy value now is to call the EGM. As soon as I hear that it is called, and they only need 5%, I am out of here as will be any legitimate funds. Shareholder called EGM's mean disaster and from what I have read the only reason is because of lack of news. Maybe they have NOTHING TO SAY.
Really sorry I wasted my time posting on UMC. Used to be a great thread.
