If only we could find somebody worth their weight to formulate a compelling argument that could convince 0.4% of those poor women who receive this terrible news to do something altruistic for future sisters.
Given that it sadly impacts mostly younger women one could assume that their financial position is in most cases not brilliant
A financial incentive is a no brainer.
Forget shares, give them cold hard cash in their accounts now.
Based on those numbers, this weeks selling action was a f..king joke.
So was the inaction from the exec.
Hopefully they pull their highly rewarded fingers out now and show us why they have the right to lead this incredibly important task and to dine on our money while they do.
The "out of our control" BS that we were fed in the newsletter was embarrassing.
That would have been pretty much a career ending comment for leaders who I've managed.
This is a fantastic opportunity to top up if you have any cash or under performers that you could convert.
