I was talking to a woman yesterday who delivered some farm fresh vegies to me; including chokos. When I was a kid chokos were growing everywhere and they were free------times change.
Anyway she told me they just slaughtered one of their cattle and one of her sons did not want any yummy meat ; he just wanted chokos !
I bet there will be all sorts of tasty stuff and lots of great cooks cooking it at Beef Week.
