I totally agree with you JoHilo, you're spot on! I can't believe this crowd coming in like this to the complete detrement of small holders and then hoping we'll vote with them to get rid of the two directors that stuck up for us little guys! I hope they get roasted by the takeovers panel! And I will be gob smacked if they pull off sacking these two directors! Please everyone vote against the resolution. Don't give a proxy vote to the chairman (he's going to abstain from voting - shame on him! He should vote against it!)
