I wonder if anyone at Dunbar Associates might be worried about what JF has got them into? What authorities might they need to answer to?

Might there be some interest in this topic by the public liability insurers of the various participants?

And I wonder whether TZ is paying its lawyers, whilst other creditors remain unpaid - and scope to claw back these preferential payments to creditors if the worst happens?
