By DB summiting the second application he has protected the permit from a discussion to cancel under the below failures by the JV , so whilst the second application is pending under the COVID 2 year extension KP can not rule to cancel the first application


Permit cancellation

Failure to undertake each component of the work program in the designated year or earlier may result in cancellation of the permit.

The full provisions for cancellation are outlined in sections 113, 114 and 115 of the Act.Grounds for cancellation of a permit may include:Non-compliance with the work program that was to have been carried out under the permit; orNon-compliance with the conditions that apply to the permit or any of the provisions of the Act;
