    Hi CDT,

Those exact figures havnt been provided. You see the thing about the first two builds is they were exactly that, the first two builds on a slab outside of head quarters. Manning levels were high. I consider those first two builds as proof of concept therefore they shouldn't be examples used of what the walls will cost in the future.

Not sure why the salesman would expect it to sell for more id guess he is either being a typical salesperson talking it up of they have had a few potentials excited at the idea of owning the first autonomous robotic built house. Either way we shouldn't expect higher buy prices as the normal.

I completed my own calculations a long while back. I did this for standard size double brick home structures only (I did not put brick veneer and follow up work in that calculation) where it is starting its journey in Aus. I costed a hx at 2 mill and reviewed the ROI for 100 and 200 standard houses per year per machine and was pleasantly surprised.

Now the question about render always comes up. In WA render is common. As an example I have an open view out the back and can see 10 houses 7 are rendered, 1 weatherboard and 2 brick (mine included) out the front i see 7 houses 4 rendered 2 partially rendered and one brick. This is common in newer estates here in WA. I've been advised they can lay the bricks directly next to each other or leave the small gap for render purposes but unfortunately we've only seen the gaps to date either internal with manual face bricks or outside with render so lets sit on that topic and accept for now.

FBR dont need all markets. Interest currently lies from 2 globally positioned brick manufacturing behemoths head quartered in Europe along with builders from UAE, Mexico and ofcourse Australia. Lets not get caught up thinking they need to build every house or every build type they don't.

FBR have provided comparisons in an old presentation for double brick homes i put up on top of my post. The ROI goes up the faster the machIine goes as would be expected along with the larger the block.

I would be interested to see your calculations. We havnt had a builder with a negative sentiment confident enough to put numbers before us here. You know ill be reasonable is responce.
