If the NOPTA recommendation was against PEP11 this would have been canceled day 1 by KP.
That's fact, he would have no other option.
So NOPTAs recommendations in my opinion is clear my in favour as the advent have met all requirements.
And if you believe flambaues post about advent not meeting its year 4 requirements then KP can cancel this at anytime!
So Why didn't he after Scomo voiced his opinion against PEP11 the 1st time?
Or after the 2nd time?
There is clearly a strong case for PEP11 to go ahead and advent have met all there NOPTA requirements.
