The terms of the capital raise is in the announcement and fairly specific Value $4mil. although
they do say 'right of revision' subject to ASX:ANN.
I suggest any large variance would upset many holders who have done their sums to keep
pace with dilution. I think management still rely on shareholders goodwill.
Perhaps those $30K applicants should wait till the last minute to send off their Bpays. in
case that ANN arrives?
