Don't forger Omniblend was about 3 mill in debt (I think, without going back to check) when KTD bailed it out.

Big promises was made at the time about Omniblends future prospects which I don't think have materiaised.

All I can say with any certainty is that Keytone Dairy management, Omniblend management (same people), Super Cubes owners and, presumably, gummy bar peeps in Sydney seem to have been compensated very well from KTD IPO and various buyouts and CRs.
