The Old Peak Group is a fund not a business owner, they will be buying on behalf of someone else, the deal is done imo, a guaranteed sell price to the future bidder of MLX.
They will all claim to be operating individually but all will be happy to sell their shares on.
The takeover will be in the bag before the price is offered.
