I looked on the Frankfurt exchange and the first records are on 3/5/2010 and at that time PharmAust was definitely engaged in mining.
However there is no specific link I can find regarding the mining, the actual listing, nor any company announcement on either exchange. I was provided a message that it was just done to expose the company to more shareholders rather than anything else. Looking at the ASX they have exemptions in place for dual listing so it is highly probable these types of arrangements are reciprocal
