@secondme today's announcement seems to answer my question to you. The announcement today will certainly shed a cloud towards NIC as its Q2 and Q3 production will be heavily distorted.
No wonder Tsingshan allows NIC becomes middleman. Since Harum jumped in as the second largest, It is no longer holding similar portion as it was when the company was listed.
I do not understand how come the managers are allowed to make this significant change without asking for shareholders approval. Or, is it simply because their shareholding is too large so they can do whatever they want or they feel like towards the company without asking for SH approval at the first place?
