Hi cb, I'm not sure about an upcoming fda meeting, but it looks like there will be 144 wk data coming up by year end, according to Agm presentation of 2008.

Significant ATC data milestones in 2009
•96 week extension data - 1Q, 2009
•16 week Phase III data - 2Q, 2009
•144 week extension data - 4Q, 2009

Correct me if I am wrong, but data should mean just that, otherwise we have been led up a garden path by marketing speak. All announcements have eluded to 16 week data, when it should have been referred to as DSMB approval for correct dosing and that is all. If AVX management are kept in the dark as much as shareholders in reference to trial data, no wonder the share price is floundering.Furthermore, prospective suitors have no new information to go on, other than what we all knew 6-12 months ago, so how are they going to swing a deal now.

I am not one for smoke and mirror announcements, but long term investors rely on company feedback to see they are in good hands. I am not too sure at the moment that we are being fully informed.Lets hope there is a valid reason soon to continue to trust them.
